- Communicate regularly with parents about student development and classroom activities.

- Maintain a safe and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are accessible and engaging.
- Lead fun and educational activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional growth.
- Stay current with early childhood education best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
Preferred Requirements:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
