Physical Therapist
Location: Bonita Springs, FL near Naples, FL
Position: Full-Time
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a private outpatient office in Bonita Springs, Florida, near Naples. This position is a good fit for someone who wants to work in a setting where patient care can stay personal and focused. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, provide hands-on care, and help people improve mobility, strength, and day-to-day function. With one patient per hour, you will have the time to stay present, give clear guidance, and support steady progress.
Responsibilities:
- Complete initial evaluations and identify patient needs and treatment goals
- Create individualized plans of care based on clinical findings
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting
- Monitor patient response and update treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercises, body mechanics, and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation for evaluations, visits, progress notes, and discharges
- Communicate with staff and referral sources regarding patient care when appropriate
- Help maintain a smooth, professional clinic environment
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Current CPR certification
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to manage a full-time schedule in a consistent and organized way
