You’ll play a key role in mentoring your crew, managing on-site operations, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the carpentry crew, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• On-Site Management: Oversee the daily activities on job sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and adhere to design specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections, manage material deliveries, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, design teams, and other trades to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of projects.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues early and implement proactive solutions to maintain the smooth progress of each project.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for process enhancements that promote efficiency, safety, and superior craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on carpentry experience, preferably in high-end remodeling or custom home construction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a team on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
