Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Care coordinator/ Patient Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires proficiency in both English and another language, enabling effective communication with a diverse candidate pool. As a Bilingual Patient Recruiter/ Care coordinator, you will utilize various recruitment tools and strategies to fulfill staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English. Work well under pressure in a fast-paced office.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be motivated and determined to grow our office.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company’s employment opportunities.
  • Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication at every stage.
  • We are looking for a team player who can work well with others and independently. Maintain an excellent rapport with our field workers and build relationships with our clients and HMO contracts.
  • Staffing /Scheduling Caregivers with/to Assigned Patients
  • Document all notes in software based system
  • Calling caregivers/patients to verify attendance
  • Report and document any incidents to Management
  • Maintain accurate schedule data in the software based system
  • Follow guidelines and compliance implemented by High Class Home Health Care
  • Motivated to resolve and manage any tasks necessary to resolve matters related to patients and/or caregivers
  • Keeps schedules up to date with team member changes and communicates any changes in schedules including weekend coverage, holiday coverage and all vacation coverage;
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service through telephone etiquette and timely response to emails/correspondences
  • Performs other duties as needed
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies for talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required; fluency English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
