LACO Technologies is seeking a full-time metal fabricator to work on our 2nd shift. This position is key to providing necessary shop utility support welding operations.

Job Description and Skills Needed:
- Glass Bead or Sandblasting of stainless steel
- Ability to use: manual lathe, metal band saws, metal roll, mills, grinding and hand polishing tools
- Background in the metal industry
- Ability to interpret shop weld and fabrication drawings
- Highly motivated, self-starter, capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- This job requires you to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Have a high focus on safety and the ability to learn and follow LACO’s safety standards.
- We need a hard-working individual who is dependable and on time to work each day.
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- TIG welding & MIG welding experience a plus
- 1-2 years of shop experience
Job Details:
- 5 days/week Monday through Friday Full-Time. 2nd shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
- Hourly rate: $19.00-$21.00 depending on experience, plus a $1.00 shift differential.
