Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time Opportunity

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Alight Behavioral Therapy MN, you will play a vital role in providing personalized, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and autism evaluations to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. Responsibilities:

Assist Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to inform treatment goals and strategies
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address a range of behaviors, including social, adaptive, and functional skills
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families through effective communication, empathy, and support
Maintain accurate records and reports of treatment sessions and progress

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Services)
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience working with children with ASD or other special needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent travel to client homes
