Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time Opportunity

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Alight Behavioral Therapy MN, you will play a vital role in providing personalized, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and autism evaluations to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. Our Part-Time RBT position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of these remarkable individuals while building your skills and expertise in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for children with ASD

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to inform treatment goals and strategies

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address a range of behaviors, including social, adaptive, and functional skills

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families through effective communication, empathy, and support

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of treatment sessions and progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Services)

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Experience working with children with ASD or other special needs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent travel to client homes
