Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Work Arrangement: Full-time, In-Office
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour, based off experience
Assignment Duration: Through May 8, 2026 minimum

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and office support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional, fast-paced environment. This is a fully in-office position that supports day-to-day operations, event coordination, and administrative functions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain general office upkeep, including stocking snacks, drinks, and supplies.

  • Handle mailing, shipping, and document processing.

  • Prepare and process documents through DocuSign.

  • Manage supply orders and coordinate deliveries.

  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Word) for correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.

  • Create and track calendar invitations in Outlook.

  • Assist with activity setup and teardown for office functions.

  • Provide light event planning support (lunches, meetings, and office activities).

  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 3 or more years of administrative assistant experience required.

  • Experience in a professional office environment preferred.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
