ProCare Therapyis seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting students with diverse communication needs, helping them develop essential speech and language skills for academic and personal success. The SLP will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing targeted interventions. Additionally, they will collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Identifying speech, language, and communication disorders through evaluations and screenings.
- Individualized Support: Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
- Therapy Sessions: Providing individual or small group therapy to help students improve speech sounds, language comprehension, expressive language, fluency, and voice disorders.
- Classroom Collaboration: Working with teachers to adapt classroom strategies and support students communication in academic settings.
Qualifications
- Active Washington SLP License: Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Experience: Preferred experience in school settings, but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $45$55, dependent on experience and qualifications.
