- This is a call center role for our client. You will be answering 65+ calls a day answering questions and logging information.
- Need to be able to start ASAP.
- Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Call center environment experience or at least 6 months of customer service background.
- Need to be proactive in nature.
- Prior experience working remotely is a plus.
- Are you able to work without distractions while working remotely?
- Technical “know how”/ability to use email, MS Teams, etc. and various applications is essential!
- Additional Details:
- 3 days of training ($12.50/hr.) (Dates TBD)
- Once they start taking calls (start date TBD, targeting as early as 2/15 depending on background checks), their rate will be $15.50/hr.
- Agents must be available for all 3 days of training—NO EXCEPTIONS!
- All agents will have a supervisor that they will be assigned to.
- Supervisor’s responsibility is to make sure they get trained, have what they need, etc.
- Need to be comfortable with high call volume environment and working with challenging customers when needed.
- Candidates must be able to come into our office to pick up laptops.
- Shifts where we need to most help: Sunday shifts are in high demand (9am-1pm—no lunch, but 15 minute break), 10am-7pm shift (during the week), 9am-6pm (during week). Scheduled for 9 hour shifts during week which includes a 1 hour non-paid lunch.
