As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a warm demeanor. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere in our office and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
