We are hiring a Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our fast-paced warehouse and logistics team. This is an on-site position (not remote) and is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and looking to start or grow a career in warehouse operations. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.
As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, organizing inventory records, and ensuring all packages are correctly labeled and processed for delivery. You will work closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments accurately
- Verify shipping documents and order details
- Update inventory and shipment records in the system
- Inspect packages for accuracy and quality before dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Organize and maintain shipping supplies and records
- Ensure compliance with company shipping procedures
- Assist with general warehouse tasks when needed
Qualifications:
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
