About the Internship

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to help bring our organization's work to life through photography, videography, and social media storytelling. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital communications while building a professional portfolio.

The intern will visit multiple ACCEL locations to capture authentic photos and videos that highlight activities, programs, and experiences involving our students, clients, and adult members. Working closely with our Director of Philanthropy and Marketing Coordinator, the intern will learn how visual content is developed and used to support social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and publicity efforts.

The intern will work under the guidance of our Director of Philanthropy and Marketing Coordinator, who will provide direction, feedback, and mentorship throughout the internship. This role is designed to provide a meaningful learning experience while allowing the intern to apply classroom knowledge and develop practical skills in social media marketing and content creation.

Qualifications Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older, required
Must have a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field
Must have reliable transportation to travel to ACCEL's various locations

Education and Experience:

GED or High School Diploma, required
