A wellestablished national company in financial services is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our office and provide essential administrative support to our team and clients. We pride ourselves on a supportive team culture, excellent customer service, and a commitment to efficiency and innovation.About the RoleThe Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, partners, and guests. This position manages front desk operations, supports office workflows, and assists administrative, escrow, and title staff to ensure smooth daytoday operations.Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and vendors in a courteous, professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages as needed
- Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and packages
- Provide administrative support (copying, scanning, filing, document preparation, etc.)
- Assist with scheduling conference rooms and preparing meeting spaces
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Support onboarding procedures for guests and vendors
- Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion
- Assist the Office Manager and leadership team with additional administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in real estate, escrow, or title services is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, positive attitude, and polished demeanor
- Ability to remain calm, welcoming, and solutionsoriented under pressure
