Job Summary:

The Operations Support Administrator II is responsible for processing Bluberi’s Sales Orders, including machine, conversion, parts order entry, tracking, reporting, and releasing of assigned orders. This position will provide support and ensure consistency of order processing in Las Vegas. This position will also be responsible for creating work orders for the Warehouse & Production Teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Master in handling all order types.
  • Perform review, order entry, tracking, reporting, and releasing of sales orders as assigned
  • Ability to tackle and process more complex sales orders with minimal guidance or supervision
  • Communicate order status to other organizations and customers
  • Monitor and ensure that all tasks are performed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and work with other departments to effectively resolve complex issues as they arise
  • Ensure sales order lead times are met along with correctly processing all related steps within Bluberi’s Oracle NetSuite ERP
  • Ensure that contracts and/or purchase orders are in house for applicable sale order
  • Review pricing on contracts and or purchase orders to ensure proper match to sales orders
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the correct items are delivered to the customer
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to both internal and external customers
  • Process shipping notifications as needed
  • Take active involvement in meetings, trainings, and committees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate Degree or in lieu, relevant experience
  • 2-4 years previous experience in a similar position, preferably within the gaming industry
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of slot machine components
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements, including both Class II and Class III casinos, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to understand Bill of Materials
  • Able to work within a team environment or individually
  • Prior experience working with ERP systems
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Able to create complex spreadsheets and communicate instructions, concerns, findings, etc. clearly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess a “do what it takes to get the job done” attitude
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Must be able to multitask and wear several hats
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License, if necessary

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • Job requires sitting and some walking in the warehouse. Must be able to navigate warehouse environment
  • Hybrid, in office and work from home setting

Employment Classification

To determine eligibility for benefits and overtime status and to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, Bluberi uses the following classifications. Employment classifications are based on the guidelines of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and, as circumstances dictate, Bluberi may review or change employment classifications at any time.

Exempt: Exempt Team members are paid on a salary basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

Non-exempt: Non-exempt Team members are paid on an hourly basis and are eligible to receive overtime pay for overtime hours worked.

Regular, full time: Team members who are not in a temporary status and work a minimum of 30 hours weekly and maintain continuous employment status. These Team members are eligible for the full-time benefits package and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program.

Regular, part time: Team members who are not in a temporary status and who are regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours weekly, but at least 20 hours weekly, and who maintain continuous employment status. Part-time Team members are eligible for some of the benefits offered by the company and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program.

Temporary, full-time: Individuals who are hired as interim workers to temporarily supplement the workforce or to assist in the completion of a specific project and who are temporarily scheduled to work the company’s full-time schedule for a limited duration.
