Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive - Merchant Regional, based in Boston, MA. The Sales Executive will focus on cultivating strong client relationships, identifying prospects, and achieving sales targets for BS&A Software’s suite of municipal software solutions. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The candidate will represent BS&A Software at industry events to ensure consistent growth and visibility within the market.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, with expertise in account management and lead generation
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and customize solutions to client needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and understanding client requirements
- Experience with ERP software or similar solutions is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Availability for occasional travel to meet with clients and attend events
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
