Job Title: Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as needed, while ensuring optimal machine operation.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts per blueprints and specifications.
- Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as needed.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Document production data and quality checks accurately.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC machinery.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with CNC controls, such as Fanuc, Haas, and Mazak.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Experience in CNC setup, editing, and programming is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
