Minimum Qualifications

- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
- Experience with therapeutic exercise, modalities, and gait training preferred.
