Call Center Customer Support Representative – Banking Firm
Location: South Jordan, UT
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay: $21–$23/hour (W2)

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in financial services.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Bachelor’s degree a related field (preferred)
✔ 6 months to 2 years of call center, customer support, or financial services experience (internships count)
✔ Previous contact center experience strongly preferred
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven call center environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle high-volume inbound calls related to customer service inquiries for Morgan Stanley accounts
• Deliver accurate and efficient support while consistently meeting call center performance metrics
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in internal systems
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
