Charleene’s Houses is a residential design and renovation company focused on transforming how families live in their homes. We’re looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Intern to help us launch and grow our YouTube presence this summer.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a marketing major who wants real ownership of a project — not just
busy work.
Duration: In-Person Summer Internship, NOT a remote job
Location: Baltimore County area (field + office based), this is NOT a remote job
What You’ll Do
● Lead the creation and launch of our YouTube channel
● Develop content ideas aligned with our brand and projects
● Plan filming schedules and content calendars
● Visit active renovation sites to capture video and behind-the-scenes footage
● Film short-form and long-form content
● Assist with storytelling, captions, and marketing strategy
● Help translate real projects into engaging marketing content
What We’re Looking For
● Marketing major (or related field)
● Self-starter who can take initiative and manage projects independently
● Creative thinker with strong organizational skills
● Comfortable filming and working on active job sites
● Must have reliable transportation for local travel
● Interest in design, construction, or home renovation is a plus (not required)
● Familiarity with social media or video content creation preferred
