Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 educational setting in Camden Wyoming, DE. This contract position spans the full academic school year and offers the opportunity to support students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of communication strategies within the school environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with children from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders prevalent in school-aged populations.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
