We’re currently searching for a Member Services Representative/Teller to join our team at our Goodwood branch. If you have cash-handling experience and want to pivot into an entry-level teller position, this may be the role for you!
Job Description
- Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
- Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals. Investigates and resolves any out-balance situations.
- Greets members in a welcoming manner and assists them with account and/or credit union information via phone, email, in person, live chat, etc.
- Identifies opportunities and cross sells/offers products and services to our members.
- Properly scans checks received in a timely manner and clears on us checks.
- Demonstrates the Credit Union’s Core Values (Service with an EDGE, Solutions, Adaptability, Respect, Accountability).
- Performs other job duties as assigned.️
Requirements
- Six months to twelve months of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
