What You'll Do as a Dispatcher
As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating delivery schedules to meet customer needs.
- Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and store teams.
- Monitoring delivery routes and addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and dispatch activities.
- Supporting the team with problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
- Effective communicators who can build positive relationships with drivers and customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling challenges with a proactive attitude.
- Familiar with basic computer systems and dispatch tools (training provided as needed).
