Job Description

We’re working with a dynamic and highly influential executive in search of a strategic, people-savvy right-hand Executive Assistant. This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is eager to be a true business partner in both strategy and execution.

This Role is for You if You:

  • Are a relationship builder with a service mindset, excellent communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Thrive under pressure, remain calm in chaos, and keep the balls in the air—always one step ahead.
  • Have strong business acumen and are confident engaging with C-level executives and VIPs.
  • Bring a thoughtful blend of strategy and execution—you’re comfortable in the boardroom and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Are highly organized, tech-savvy, and fluent in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Can work independently with minimal guidance and maintain the utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage an ever-changing, minute-by-minute calendar with precision, including coordination of private travel and major events.
  • Serve as a primary liaison to high-profile stakeholders—building relationships with top clients and industry leaders.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of the executive; take initiative in responding to messages with tact and sound judgment.
  • Create high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting briefs using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Support and coordinate across multiple personal and professional domains—homes, boards, philanthropic endeavors, and major initiatives.
  • Attend select meetings and events to capture takeaways and ensure action items are completed.
  • Occasionally travel to support key engagements and on-site logistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience supporting a high-profile executive or serving in a Chief of Staff-style role
  • Prior exposure to philanthropic or board-related work
