- Are highly organized, tech-savvy, and fluent in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Can work independently with minimal guidance and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage an ever-changing, minute-by-minute calendar with precision, including coordination of private travel and major events.
- Serve as a primary liaison to high-profile stakeholders—building relationships with top clients and industry leaders.
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of the executive; take initiative in responding to messages with tact and sound judgment.
- Create high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting briefs using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Support and coordinate across multiple personal and professional domains—homes, boards, philanthropic endeavors, and major initiatives.
- Attend select meetings and events to capture takeaways and ensure action items are completed.
- Occasionally travel to support key engagements and on-site logistics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience supporting a high-profile executive or serving in a Chief of Staff-style role
- Prior exposure to philanthropic or board-related work
