Responsibilities:
• Maintain precise inventory records using relevant software and databases.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate the ordering and receiving of products, ensuring shipments align with invoices.
• Organize storage areas to facilitate easy retrieval and efficient use of space.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies to the appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Adhere to safety regulations when handling warehousing equipment and materials.
• Process and document returned goods in alignment with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and transport companies to streamline operations.
• Generate reports on inventory levels and supply chain performance for management review.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, such as ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
• Familiarity with technologies and tools such as Cerner, Epic, and ADP systems.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and suppliers.
• Experience in clerical duties, including auditing and charting.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations in warehouse environments.
