- Assignment Length: 13-week travel contract\n
- Start Date: December 21, 2025\n
- End Date: March 22, 2026\n
- Healthcare Setting: Acute Care – Med/Surg Unit (26 beds)\n
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7am-7pm)\n
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed\n
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend\n
- Holiday Requirement: May be included in rotation\n
- Dress Code: Navy Blue scrubs\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active RN license – Registered Nurse\n
- BLS and ACLS certifications required\n
- Minimum 3 years of recent Med/Surg-Telemetry experience\n
- PCU/Stepdown nursing experience preferred\n
- Ability to titrate IV drips (insulin, amiodarone, levofed, etc.)\n
- Proficient in reading and interpreting telemetry strips (Mindray cardiac monitors)\n
- Experience with electronic charting systems (CPSI/TruBridge - Evident preferred)\n
- Completion of required online training modules prior to start (up to 20 hours; 6 hours billable)\n
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required\n
- First-time travel nurses welcome!\n
\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and PCU patients\n
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry strips\n
- Titrate and manage multiple IV drips as needed\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including respiratory therapists and nurse aides\n
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)\n
- Assist with patient ADLs, transfers, and monitoring vital signs\n
- Participate in unit orientation and complete required training modules\n
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling to help fill staffing gaps\n
- Provide compassionate care in a supportive, community-focused healthcare environment\n
