Manager, Executive Assistant to the CEO
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties. You will act as a trusted advisor and operational partner, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized, priorities are managed, and communication flows seamlessly across stakeholders. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
How you will create impact:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, research, and decision-making support
- Calendar & Travel Management: Own the CEO’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and coordinate complex travel and logistics
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication
- Project Oversight: Lead and track special projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
- Board & Leadership Support: Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and executive leadership sessions
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline workflows and implement tools to enhance the CEO’s productivity
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute executive-level meetings, offsites, and strategic events
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in a strategic executive support role, preferably in fintech, payments, or a global tech company
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen and proactive mindset
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-growth environment
