Key Responsibilities

• Provide call coverage from Monday to Thursday, 6 PM to 6 AM
• Manage care for 5 to 10 patients during each shift
• Deliver inpatient orthopedic trauma coverage
• Perform reductions, traction pin placements, and suturing as required
• Access orthopedic surgeon support on call
• Handle 2 to 5 admissions per shift
• Practice independently with unassigned patient rounding
