PrideStaff is seeking a front-end loader Operator who will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load, move, and transport materials. Key duties include loading materials, transporting them to designated areas, conducting daily inspections, and adhering to safety protocols.
Shift; must be open to work first shift and second shift.

Pay rate $16 - $16.50

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and Transporting Materials: Scoop up metal scraps, lift and tilt the bucket to fill it, and dump metal scraps into designated areas.
• Site Preparation and Excavation: Assist with preparing construction sites, including excavation tasks.
• Daily Inspections and Maintenance: Perform daily inspections, report malfunctions, and document maintenance.
• Following Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
• Material Tracking: Maintain records of materials moved.
• Site Cleanup: Assist with site cleanup and organization.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Operating the Front-End Loader: Start, shift gears, operate pedals and steering wheel, and use levers to control the bucket and dump materials.

• Operational Proficiency: Ability to operate the front-end loader safely and efficiently.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to varying tasks and conditions.
• Experience: Some experience in loader operation is often preferred
