We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing programs and provide operational support to help our growing company run smoothly.

Marketing Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate marketing content, including photos, videos, website updates, and basic written materials
- Support the execution of marketing programs such as email blasts, drip campaigns, and customer communications
- Assist with market research and customer surveys to help identify new opportunities
- Coordinate trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives, including timelines, materials, and logistics
- Work with the marketing team to schedule and organize social media content
- Help maintain marketing calendars, files, and documentation
Operational Support
- Provide scheduling, travel coordination, and calendar support as needed
- Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-up on action items
- Support leadership with organization, documentation, and task tracking
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule through strong attention to detail and follow-through
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a marketing assistant, coordinator, or similar support role
- Enjoy creating and supporting marketing content across multiple formats
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with marketing or communication platforms is a plus)
- Reliable, proactive, and motivated to jump in and help where needed
