Integrity Trade Services is hiring for our client in the Lebanon, IN area! We’re seeking dependable 3rd Shift Coaters to support overnight operations at a leading food production facility.
Shift & Pay
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:15 PM – 6:45 AM
Pay $19
About the Role
The Coater prepares cereal and snack mixes, ensuring continuous operation of production lines overnight. This role is vital in maintaining food safety, accuracy, and product consistency. Working closely with Quality Assurance, Sanitation, and R&D, the Coater follows detailed recipes and documentation standards to achieve product excellence. Additional cross-functional duties in sanitation or warehouse support may be assigned as needed.
Job Responsibilities

Ensure consistent product quality by following formulas from R&D and QA.

Partner with Quality and Sanitation teams to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Accurately weigh, measure, and record all ingredient usage.

Disassemble and clean coating and mixing equipment as needed.

Communicate with Material Handlers to maintain steady ingredient flow.

Lift up to 60 lbs comfortably during shift operations.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Able to read/write English and perform documentation accurately.

Strong math and measurement skills.

Detail-oriented and dependable in a fast-paced production setting.

Able to lift ingredient totes up to 60 lbs.

Previous food production experience preferred, not required.
