As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue and establish long-term partnerships in the manufacturing and fabrication industry.

Position Overview

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth within the manufacturing, fabrication, and renewable energy sectors. This role involves direct client sourcing, relationship management, contract negotiation, and market analysis to support GTI's revenue and expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Account Management

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and support programs to meet annual revenue targets.

  • Manage and grow customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and monitor sales budgets and forecasts.

  • Create and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Business Development and Market Research

  • Proactively source and secure new business opportunities in the fabrication, manufacturing, and renewable energy markets.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

  • Communicate market intelligence and customer feedback to internal teams.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Interface directly with clients, vendors, and industry contacts to build meaningful relationships.

  • Represent GTI Fabrication at industry trade shows, conferences, and business events.

  • Promote GTI’s full range of manufacturing, fabrication, and modular structure solutions.

Internal Collaboration and Communication

  • Maintain deep product knowledge to communicate GTI's value propositions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
