Job Description
Join a dynamic manufacturing team focused on producing high-quality electronic equipment. As a Production Operator I, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure efficiency and quality across various production tasks. Experience in manufacturing is preferred, and familiarity with small parts and computer usage is essential.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate or assemble electronic equipment according to written work instructions.
- Rotate to multiple work areas daily based on established patterns.
- Deliver materials to points of consumption in response to Kanban signals.
- Accurately perform inventory transactions.
- Actively participate in daily Tier 1 management system meetings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read and interpret English instructions.
- Competency in computer usage and familiarity with Windows.
- Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with small parts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 0 – 1 years of related work experience.
- Training in Lean manufacturing principles is preferred but not required.

Work Environment
Experience a state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing environment, with a brand new facility designed like a football field. Work stations are located throughout the facility, with raw materials starting at one end-zone, followed by SMT & AOI machines, assembly/hand add area, and ending in the packaging/shipping department.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.55/hr.
