Job DescriptionSalary: $19.25
- Full-time position, 40 hours/week, may include some evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- $19.25/hr
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or autism preferred; receive ACRE or CESP certification within 60 days of hire
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates highly preferred
- Supportpeople with disabilities as they enter the workforce, working with them to maintain competitive integrated employment, learn job tasks and adjust to their new role
- Be an advocate; gauge challenges and develop strategies to overcome
- Facilitate trainings for tasks specific to the individuals job
- Collaborate and liaise with employers to provide a positive work environment
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
- Must possess a valid drivers license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
- Basic computer skills required
Education requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience working with adults with ID/A in employment settings
- ORa bachelors degree in psychology, disability services, social services, business, education, or other related field
