SR ACCOUNT MANAGER/ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – TRANSPORTATION
 
This person could work from either Kennesaw, GA or Birmingham, AL
 
This is full-time position with benefits. This person will provide support in maintaining and servicing our transportation clients. This person will work closely with our producers and marketing team members on both new and renewal business.
 
Essential Job Function:
<ul>
<li>Day to day managing of internal and external transportation clients as assigned delivering high-quality and efficient service</li>
<li>Will meet with clients as needed</li>
<li>Issue and process various insurance documents including Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property coverage, Auto ID Cards, policy change requests, invoices and finance contracts.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must hold a State Department of Insurance Agent's license</li>
<li>Must have 5+ years experience managing a book of transportation insurance clients</li>
<li>Must be dependable and work with a high level of integrity and professionalism</li>
<li>Experience working with Agency Management Systems; experience with Applied/EPIC a plus</li>
<li>A minimum of a High School education</li>
