An outpatient clinic in Brooklyn is looking for a Russian-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner to join their high-volume, community-based primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values cultural connection and continuity of care.

Position Overview:

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care across two care settings: in-office visits and scheduled home visits. The schedule is structured around approximately 2–3 days of home visits and 2–3 days in the clinic.

You’ll manage chronic conditions, conduct wellness visits, perform routine follow-ups, and support preventative care in a fully outpatient environment. The practice offers strong administrative support and a steady patient base.

Qualifications:

• FNP-C or FNP-BC

• NY State NP licensure (or eligibility)

• Fluent in Russian

• Outpatient or community health experience preferred

• EMR proficiency

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salar: $150,000+ depending on experience
