- Perform a variety of complex laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease\n\t
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of lab results to medical staff\n\t
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments\n\t
- Adhere to quality control standards and safety protocols\n\t
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to provide accurate diagnostic support\n\t
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics\n
\nEducation and Certification Requirements:\n\n
- \n\t
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field\n\t
- Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license required\n\t
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred\n\t
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical laboratory experience\n\t
- Recent Blood Bank (BB) experience required\n
