Position Title: IT Material Life Cycle Lead
Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO or Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL

Aerodyne is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Material Life Cycle Lead to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
· This role encompasses material planning from proposal through execution, utilization, and eventual decommissioning.
· Analyze and report against multiple non-labor control accounts using earned value metrics, including managing to control account budgets (BCWS), tracking actuals (ACWP), earning performance for material received (BCWP), updating future forecasts (ETCs), and evaluating variances for cost (CV), schedule (SV), and at-complete (VAC) health.
· Validate that materials are procured and delivered on time and within budget.
· Lead the cradle to grave approval process for all renewals and procurements across multiple task orders via the formal Exhibit process.
· Track all current and future renewals for usage, quantities, delivery schedules, cost avoidance, and duplicative applications.
· Work cross-functionally between multiple departments to ensure the timely approval and execution of all procurements across IRES IT Task Orders.

Qualifications - External
Basic Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
· Must have 5, or more, years of experience in IT Asset Management, Procurement, Project Management, or a related field.
· Must have proven experience managing vendor support agreements, including procurement, renewal, and performance monitoring.
· Must have demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices.
· Must have experience with Control Account Management (CAM) duties, including budget and schedule tracking.
· Must have experience working with cross-functional teams to develop Statements of Work (SOWs).
· Must have experience with hardware asset management databases (CMDB) and generating reports.
· Must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Must have experience working with government customers or in a defense contracting environment.
· Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
· Have a Master's degree in a related field (Information Technology Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
· Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· Have experience working within Agile environments and methodologies
· Have experience negotiating complex vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
This position is expected to pay $120,000 - $130,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
