Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Preparing examination room and equipment</li>
<li>Explaining x-ray procedure to the patient to ensure understanding and comfort</li>
<li>Operating x-ray machine according to established procedures</li>
<li>Reviewing the quality of image and redoing if needed</li>
<li>Operating within radiologic standards of care</li>
<li>Taking the necessary steps to avoid undue exposure to radiation</li>
<li>Maintaining an accurate patient record of completed x-ray procedures</li>
<li>Opportunity to cross train into other modalities (MRI, CT)</li>
</ul>
 
*** 1 year commitment required for the sign on bonus
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Certification and current registration for Registered Technologist (RT) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).</li>
<li>Experience in CT and MRI preferred.</li>
<li>Graduate of Accredited Imaging School.</li>
<li>Must have BLS certification</li>
