Program Overview
This 6-month accelerated program is designed to prepare new graduates for leadership roles in warehouse and inventory operations. Trainees will rotate through key functions, gaining hands-on experience in inbound, outbound, and inventory control while learning warehouse management systems (WMS), safety protocols, and basic team leadership. The program includes mentorship, performance checkpoints, and a clear pathway to a permanent supervisory or lead role.
Rotation Plan & Responsibilities
Month 1–2: Inventory Control

Learn and execute cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.

Update and maintain inventory data in the WMS.

Track basic KPIs such as inventory accuracy and count completion rate.
Month 3: Inbound Operations

Support receiving processes including ASN verification, labeling, and put-away.

Assist with storage optimization and location management.

Use scanners and WMS to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Month 4: Outbound Operations

Assist with order picking, packing, quality control, and shipping.

Learn order exception handling and SLA management.

Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
Month 5: Continuous Improvement & Data Reporting

Build simple operational reports (Excel/Sheets) for throughput, accuracy, and labor metrics.

Participate in process improvement initiatives such as 5S and layout optimization.
Month 6: Leadership & Transition

Take on limited supervisory duties, such as managing a small team or shift segment.

Conduct safety checks and team briefings.

Prepare a final project/report summarizing learning outcomes and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; open to other majors with strong interest).

Recent graduates encouraged to apply; prior internship or part-time warehouse experience is a plus.

Basic Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables preferred) and willingness to learn WMS.

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.

Bilingual (Chinese or Spanish plus English) is a plus.
