<p>Job DescriptionSalary: $17-$22, commensurate with experience<br>
<ul>
<li>Execution of $2 Million + in revenue while compiling field experience</li>
<li>Responsible for overseeing 6 10+ painting crews.</li>
<li>Completing project Kick-Offs per the Kick-Off Guide.</li>
<li>Completing Inspections for each project per the Inspection Guide.</li>
<li>Completing a Final Inspection per the Final Walk Through with the crew prior to a final walk through with clients and prior to submitting payment requests for the crew.</li>
<li>Reporting each week to the General Manager</li>
<li>Continue to learn about the growing industry of <strong>residential &amp; commercial painting </strong>and interrelating trades and how they affect the economy and the life of the client</li>
<li>Interact with clients to contribute to a 5 Star Experience for our clients</li>
<li>Daily/Weekly check-ins with General Manager</li>
