A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available for the 2025/2026 school year working onsite in a K-12 school setting located in Temple Bar Marina, AZ. This contract position focuses on providing physical therapy services within the educational environment, supporting students across all grade levels. Detailed information about specific caseload needs will be shared during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and consultation to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist licensure in Arizona
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred, but not required
- Successful completion of drug screening and background check
