Job Title: Operator 1 – Warehouse Operations
Location: 130 Four Oaks Parkway, Four Oaks, NC 27524
Duration: 12 Months
Openings: Multiple
Shifts: All shifts available
Requirements:

Previous forklift experience is required
-
High School Diploma or GED not required
-
0–1 year warehouse or related experience preferred

Basic computer skills
-
Good communication skills
-
Ability to read, write, and understand English

Basic math skills
Job Responsibilities:
-
Operate forklifts and other equipment such as conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks
-
Move materials, parts, and finished goods within the warehouse
-
Follow SOPs and quality guidelines
-
Maintain basic records as needed
-
Work in a metrics-driven environment
-
Perform routine warehouse tasks under general supervision
Physical Requirements:
-
Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
-
Ability to lift/move over 50 lbs
-
Repetitive hand and wrist movements
-
Work near moving machinery
-
Warehouse environment: hot in summer (no AC) and cold in winter (limited heating)
-
Moderate to loud noise level
