Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers for regional routes operating west of the Mississippi. Recent CDL graduates are welcome; candidates with limited experience will receive structured OTR training. The position offers predictable schedules, competitive compensation, and a full benefits package.
- Operating area: All states west of the Mississippi River.
- Freight: 100% no‑touch dry van freight; primarily drop‑and‑hook with occasional live load/unloads.
- Average weekly mileage: 1,800–2,000 miles.
- Schedule & home time: Bi‑weekly home time with a minimum 34‑hour reset; shifts may be scheduled during daytime or nighttime hours.
- Orientation: One day in Lathrop, CA or Jurupa Valley, CA
- Equipment: Modern automatic tractors provided.
Training and new‑graduate support
- Recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited OTR experience are eligible for structured training.
- Training pay: $680 per week for approximately 4–6 weeks OTR for drivers with under six months of experience.
- Post‑training mentorship and performance feedback to support a successful transition to solo driving.
Compensation and incentives
- $1,000–$1,100 per week (varies by experience and mileage).
- Post‑training mileage pay (entry/experienced scales):
- Entry‑level: $0.43–$0.57 per mile (sliding scale).
- Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (sliding scale based on verified CDL experience).
- Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile.
- Pay frequency: weekly.
- Full benefits begin after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
Minimum qualifications
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours).
- Clean driving record: no major accidents, suspensions, or major violations within the past five years; no DUI convictions in the past five years.
- Not terminated from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons.
- Stable employment history demonstrating consistent work (reasonable exceptions for schooling or training).
- Ability to pass required pre‑employment screenings, including urine and hair drug tests, and background checks. Certain criminal convictions or prior DOT drug/alcohol violations may disqualify candidacy.

- Strong time management, professional communication, and the ability to follow routing and company procedures.
