The leading, nationally respected network of non-medical, private duty home care agencies.with offices in Washington, DC and Maryland suburbs is in need of a motivated, ambitious, self-starter and dynamic Homecare Sales Consultant to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging clients, understanding their needs, showing empathy and compassion for families and seniors, offering support as they explore options in finding the right homecare for their loved one.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships. Successful candidates must have a proven sales track record in the Washington DC and Silver Spring, MD homecare industry.

Responsibilities include:
- Meet or exceed monthly leads, conversion rates and client billable hours goals
- Responsible for finding and developing strong relationships with referral sources to ensure a continuous flow of client referrals
- Secure contracts/agreements with referral sources and other organizations
- Implement inside and outside marketing initiatives to increase client census
- Develop strategic exposure opportunities
- Perform client intakes and follow sales process from lead through Start of CarePerform client assessments
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance sales performance.
Required Skills:
- Proficient with MS Office and company marketing software, CRM, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills – professional, persuasive, articulate, team player.
- Agile and adaptive to an evolving business.
- A track record of successful home care sales in the local markets
