Job Description

We’re partnering with a highly respected, fast-paced organization to identify an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a group of senior leaders operating at a very high level.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a demanding, polished environment and is comfortable being the connective tissue across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and priorities. You’ll be stepping into a seat that requires sound judgment, strong instincts, and the ability to stay five steps ahead.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing complex, ever-evolving calendars across multiple senior stakeholders

• Coordinating domestic and international travel end-to-end, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes

• Acting as a true gatekeeper and thought partner—prioritizing, anticipating needs, and keeping things moving seamlessly

• Supporting a globally dispersed team, navigating time zones and shifting priorities with ease

• Handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What tends to work well in this environment:

• 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity, supporting senior leaders

• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-performance setting

• Background within well-regarded, structured organizations where pace and expectations are high (financial services, consulting, or similarly rigorous environments)

• Strong executive presence—polished, articulate, and confident interfacing with senior stakeholders internally and externally

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Additional details:

• Competitive base salary in the $120K–$140K range

• Opportunity to work alongside a high-caliber team with strong standards and a collaborative culture
