Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering therapy services.
- Work with diverse student populations across various age groups and settings.
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Prepare therapy materials and activities to support speech and language goals.
- Monitor, track, and document student progress under the supervision of the SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to promote communication success.
Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in the state of California (required)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and student needs
