<li>Develop new business by identifying and contacting potential residential and commercial clients.</li>
<li>Inspect job sites and evaluate customer HVAC needs to recommend the best system solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare and present detailed quotes, proposals, and financing options.</li>
<li>Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction from sale to completion.</li>
<li>Follow up with leads, maintain customer relationships, and respond promptly to service inquiries.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on product features, rebates, and industry trends to provide accurate information.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in HVAC sales, installation, or service preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and components.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and basic HVAC wiring diagrams (a plus).</li>
<li>Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li>
