About GP Craft Inc.
GP Craft Inc. is a wholesale PPE distributor based in Baldwin Park, CA, specializing in gloves and dental supplies. We built our foundation in e-commerce — and now we're expanding into B2B, building a dedicated sales team from the ground up.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You won't be joining a large sales org with a script and a quota sheet. You'll be one of the first people shaping how we grow our B2B business — with the freedom, the support, and the earning potential that comes with it.
Who We're Looking For
We need someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Someone who sees a new contact as an opportunity, takes ownership of their pipeline, and genuinely enjoys the process of building client relationships from scratch.
If you're the kind of salesperson who keeps a mental list of prospects in the shower — this role is for you.
Compensation
Base Pay
• $22.00/hour
Commission
• New clients: 20% of gross profit
• Existing clients: 5% of gross profit
• Orders with gross margin below 20% are not eligible for commission
Bonuses
• High performers are eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses of up to $15,000, paid out based on hitting defined sales milestones
Promotion Path
• Hit ≥$55,000 in monthly sales for 3 consecutive months and you'll be on track for a base pay increase — discussed and confirmed based on your results
What You'll Do
This is an outside sales role based out of our Baldwin Park office. You'll start each day at the office at 9:00 AM, then head out to visit clients, prospect new accounts, and build relationships in the field. Online tools are available to support your outreach — but when the pipeline needs filling, you go find the business in person.
• Actively prospect and develop new B2B accounts through cold outreach, in-person visits, and networking — no account is too small to pursue
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
• Report to office daily at 9:00 AM; working hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break
• Own your results — track your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, close
Requirements
• Proven B2B sales experience with real, verifiable numbers
• Existing client relationships or an industry network (strong plus)
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field for client visits and in-person prospecting
• Self-starter — you set your own pace and take full accountability for your output
• Located in Greater Los Angeles area (within ~30 min of Baldwin Park)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
