Position Summary: As a Residential Sheet Metal Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy optimal comfort by installing and fabricating sheet metal components. Your work will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction. If you're someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and is committed to doing the job right, we want you on our team!

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, including sheet metal work and ductwork installation
  • Proficiency in residential and light commercial HVAC systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, refrigerants, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • The ability to train and supervise others while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Solid safety knowledge when working with tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems and code requirements for installations
  • A commitment to excellence in customer service and job performance
  • Willingness to invest in your trade tools and maintain them over time
  • Comfortable working at heights using ladders and aerial equipment
