Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide services within a K-12 school setting, serving students in grades 6 through 12. This contract position has an immediate start date and continues through the current school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience and comfort delivering teletherapy services
- Background working with school-aged children, preferably in middle and high school settings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and students
Location:
- Jefferson, Pennsylvania
- Position is based within a K-12 academic environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy sessions both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
